Health and Safety: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, accidents or illnesses can occur. We require that all pets be up to date on vaccinations and free of contagious diseases prior to boarding. We are not responsible for any health issues that arise during or after your pet's stay.

Behavioral Assessment: We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that exhibits aggressive or disruptive behavior. Pets will be assessed upon arrival, and we may request additional information from you regarding your pet's temperament and behavior.

Liability: The WoofPack is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings that your pet may bring during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, toys, bedding, or food items.

Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled boarding may incur a cancellation fee. We recommend that you confirm your booking and inform us of any changes as early as possible.
